DOCK INFORMATION​

 

 

 

 

2 - Hour Parking slips:  LLBC offers its members 7 two hour slips at no charge. These slips are posted with signs. They are available for members on a first-come-first serve basis. Boats may not be left on these slips overnight.

 

Seasonal slip: $683.15 (647.54 + 35.61 tax) - The dock season runs from May until October (weather pending). A seasonal slip requires a signed, completed Dock Agreement each year.

 

Timeshare: The cost is $413.41 (391.86 + 21.55 tax) per Timeshare. Members request a slip each season in January using the form link on LLBC website. Request beginning at midnight on January 1. Timeshare #1 runs from early May and runs until right after the July 4th holiday. Timeshare #2 runs from when Timeshare 1 is done until the beginning of October. A Timeshare requires a signed, completed dock agreement each season.

LLBC docks are rated for boats/pontoons less than 22 feet

 

 

 

 

Short-term rental:  A slip can be reserved for anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks. The rental period is from 10 am to 10 am. The cost is as follows: 

Single day:  $38.77  ($36.75 + $2.02 tax) Excluding holidays

3 day weekend: $111.08 ($105.29 + $5.79 tax) Excluding holiday weekends 

Any 7 day period: $202.45 ($191.92 + $10.53 tax) Excluding holidays

Holiday day:  $51.26  ($48.59 + $2.67 tax) 

Holiday weekend: $187.99 ($178.19 + $9.80 tax)  Fri., Sat. & Sun. OR Sat., Sun. & Mon. of a holiday weekend
